A Ghanaian man simply identified as Abubakar has been caught red-handed having sex with a woman believed to be mentally ill.

The man had s*x with the woman after he reportedly told people he was taking her to go buy her kenkey, a local meal.

According to reports, the man was caught having s*x with the woman in a classroom in Abuakwa, a suburb of Kumasi in Ghana.

In a viral video online, the man was seen being filmed completely n*ked holding the mentally derailed woman in the classroom while being questioned by some angry residents.
