Crystal Palace and West Ham are interested in signing French defender Jean-Claude Billong – according to Team Talk.

West Brom, Norwich and Watford have also been linked with the 26-year-old, who is currently on the books of Serie B outfit Salernitana.

The Italian club are ready to sanction Billong’s departure if the right offer comes in, with a bidding war between Palace and West Ham set to erupt in the coming weeks.
