Lionel Messi and Philippe Coutinho were pictured in a training session under Ronald Koeman on Wednesday at Ciutat Esportiva.

Messi and Coutinho have been training individually for the past days due to the La Liga protocols since his return from Bayern Munich to join Barcelona after the Champions League.

The Brazilian attacker has now resumed training with his fellow Barcelona teammates, Spanish Sergio Busquets and Ansu Fati were also back from international duties with the La Roja as well as Frenkie De Jong who’s been away with the Netherlands.

Barcelona had a double training session on Tuesday and will do the same today as they add intensity to their workouts ahead of the coming La Liga season.

Barcelona will play a friendly match against Nastic on Saturday as part of their pre-season preparation.
