Brighton midfielder Dale Stephens will join Burnley following a medical, The Athletic reports.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has turned his attention back to the 31-year-old after failing to sign him four years ago.

Stephens will sign a two-year contract and new club will pay an initial fee of £1 million for his services.
