Nigeria music superstar, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie popularly known as Patoranking has claimed he helped Arsenal sign Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey.

Partey joined from Atlético Madrid after the Gunners activated his £45m release clause on transfer deadline day. It was a deal that sent Arsenal fans celebrating wild including the “Abule” singer.

“Tell Arsenal to cut me my check…I started this conversation since June Arsenal,” he wrote while posting a screens hot of his conversation with Partey of moving tk the North London club in June.

The Partey deal allowed Uruguay midfielder Lucas Torreira join Atletico Madrid on a season-long loan from the Emirates.

Partey may make his debut for Arsenal when they travel to the Etihad to face Manchester City after the international break.
