Paris Saint German have left the door open for a potential swoop for Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer.

PSG Director of Football, Leonardo was asked during a Q&A session on Instagram live by club fans if they will be open to signing the Portuguese and his answer caused excitement among fans.

He said: “As for Ronaldo, if he wakes up in the morning and says: ‘I want to join a new team,’ where can he go?” Leonardo told fans. “There are only five or six clubs he can join, it’s a closed circle and PSG are included in it.

“We always prepare our market and our list of priorities, sometimes extraordinary things can happen but nothing of this happened in the last window. There were no crazy moves.”
