See What A Foreign Delegate Was Spotted Doing For Katsina Governor In China (Photos)

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina state -arrived Zhengzhou city, China to honour an invitation by the Yushui group , a conglomerate of companies that specializes in various fields including Civil Engineering.

The governor and his team were warmly received by the Managing Director Mr Zhai Yuan Jun, the Project Manager Mr Yang Qintao and other top Management of the group. A Chinese delegate was spotted holding an umbrella for the governor as they toured the company.
