Valencia have confirmed they have recalled Cristiano Piccini from Atalanta, cutting short his four-month loan spell in Serie A.

The Italian right-back only made one first-team appearance for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side and will now be added back into the first-team set-up at Valencia.
