Your list of enthic groups in Nigeria is not complete. Bassa in Plateau not same with Bassa Komu and Bassa Nge in Kogi
It is very good attempt. However, more research is needed.Some ethnic groups are placed in States where they don’t belong.while some like the Tiv for instance, are in Nassarawa and Cross state in addition to what is stated but this classification failed to place them accordingly.
Chakfem in Mangu local government area of Plateau state is omitted. You can do well to update it please

Maya tribe in Demsa local government area Adamawa was omitted, federal ministry of culture and tourism should go for more research again.
W’re Nigerian citizens and w’re entitled to gave us chance and see our playing roll administratively,message to Nigerian elders,and both political leaders and traditional rulers.
AKPA is also an ethnic group in Benue state. It is embedded within Idoma. They are located in Otobi, in Otukpo local government area of Benue state.

Some are complaining of their tribes being omitted,that means the actual number exceed 371.According to General Yakubu Gowon (former Nigeria’s military head of state) in a research conducted while in office, revealed that the actual number is more than 500.Thanks for your efforts, let’s put heads for more research.

The actual number of ethnic groups according to Gen. Gowon, quoting the Bible Society of Nigeria, is 513. More research needed pls.

There is the need to acknowledge the original compilers Richard Bendor Samuel. The work appeared in Summer Institute of Linguistics in the early 1980’s, that is why those highlighting errors of location of Languages should note that the work predates the creation of new State in Nigeria . The complete work contains all those Languages not mentioned. Well done for introducing Nigerians to the tip of the iceberg of our complex yet unknown mosaic called NIGERIA.
I did not see IKWERRE (IWHURUOHA); the largest ethnic group in Rives State where Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi and Governor Wike & Omehia hail from including former National Assembly Deputy Speaker Hon. Austin Opara.

Is a good effort but OGONI in Rivers State is not included. This is the tribe of late Ken Saro-Wiwa, the environmental activist.

Gungawa in Kebbi and Niger is not included
No359, is Yala in Cross River State and not Benue. Their kit and kind are the Idoma and Doma of Benue and Nassarawa States respectively.
In Rivers State, we have EKPEYE as the 3rd largest ethnic group but it was not mentioned but what I do not know is if they are confusing it to mean Epie which is not same as EKPEYE (3rd largest in Rivers State).
We also have LALA in Gombi and Shelleng local government area of Adamawa state.
