The Twitter user, @GoodguySteph said he actually saved the man from being beaten and possibly lynched in Lagos, but was rewarded in a bad way.

A Twitter user has shocked his followers after revealing how a thief he saved from being lynched, turned around to steal his phone. 

The Twitter user, @GoodguySteph said he actually saved the man from being beaten and possibly lynched in Lagos, but was rewarded in a bad way. 

Narrating his experience, he disclosed that the individual actually came with the pretence of thanking him for the kind gesture he exhibited some days back, but along the line, he stole his phone without him being aware. 

He only found out that his phone was missing when he arrived home. 

Narrating this disheartening ordeal, he wrote: 

“This guy prostrated in front of me and said thank you bros. I said for what and he said when they wanted to beat me up the other day and they carried my leg like this ( so he lifted my leg to show me) you were the one that begged for me. When I got home, my phone was missing”
