Gagnier, a model with more than 2 million followers on Instagram, was found dead at Cortland Apartments.

A popular Instagram model, Janae Gagnier aka Mercedes Morr is dead. She died at the age of 33 in what is suspected to be a murder-suicide. 

Gagnier, a model with more than 2 million followers on Instagram, was found dead at Cortland Apartments. Police also found the body of 34-year-old Kevin Alexander Accorto, according to ABC 13.

He is believed to be the suspect in Gagnier’s killing. Police officers found the bodies after they responded to a welfare check at about 4 p.m. Sunday. 

There was no known relationship between him and Gagnier, according to the Richmond Police Department. The cause of death for the pair is pending autopsy results, but police said it is being considered as a murder-suicide. 

Rapper Tory Lanez was one of the first people to confirm her death, posting “Rest in peace Queen,” on his Instagram story, alongside a photograph of her.
