The suspect was arrested by police operatives in the state based on information.

A 24-year-old boy, Daniel Banjo who was caught with a firearm in Agbor, Delta State has been apprehended by The Operation Delta Hawk patrol team.

Dailypost reports that the suspect was arrested based on information.

The Delta State Police Command led by CP Ari Mohammed Ali confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.

He said, “Upon search, one locally-made double barrel pistol with two (2) live cartridges were recovered from him.”

He noted that “Investigation still is ongoing”
