The 23 year old British singer spoke about his weight loss on the red carpet of the Grammy awards Monday night. He reassured fans that he is completely happy and healthy, after his dramatic weight loss over the last few months.
In the interview, Sam Smith said he doesn’t want anyone to worry, he just loves the way he is now so he is eating a bit less food:
“I’ve just not eaten like a pig anymore , that’s what I’m doing, basically,” he told CBS.But he later added that it hasn’t been quite that straightforward and it’s not been an easy change.
He also admitted that it was an ongoing struggle to maintain his weight, he told Entertainment tonight:
“It’s very very difficult. I love food so much so it’s a constant battle. It’s always going to be a battle but I’m trying my best.”
