Primate Ayodele revealed that God would soon expose those planning to assassinate Ortom.

Plans to assassinate the governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom will not succeed, according to the Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele. 

The man of God spoke on Tuesday and assured Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State of his safety after he alleged that some assassins have been contracted to eliminate him. 

Primate Ayodele revealed that God would soon expose those planning to assassinate Ortom. 

Ortom had cried out over an assassination attempt at the Sesugh Maria Pilgrimage Center Ayati, Gwer East Local Government Area of the state while maintaining that he would not back out from his mission to deliver the best for the state regardless of the threats. 

However, Primate Ayodele revealed that those who are after the governor’s life are people within his circle and those he knows, but God will not allow them to perfect their plans. 

In a statement by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, the clergyman assured that Ortom would finish his term. He, however, urged the governor to move closer to God and be careful. 

According to Ayodele: “To the Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, You are a child of God; those that want to kill you will be exposed. God is on guard, and nothing will happen to you. Truly, they want to assassinate you, as I warned earlier, but God will fail them, you will finish your term, they will be disappointed.

“Those behind it will be exposed soon because you are God’s chosen, you have governed diligently and committedly, God is with you. Those planning it are within your state, they are people you know but God is your guard.

“All you need to do is remain close to God and be careful of your outings, you will finish your term well.” 

Recall that Ayodele had in June 2021 warned Ortom of assassination attempts on his life.
