In what will come across as a really startling development, a clergyman in an African country has bene seem flogging his church members.

The video, which was shared by Nigerian actor, Victor Osuagwu, has gone viral online.

In the video, the members, all adult male and female, filed out and laid on the altar as the clergyman and his second in command flogged them on the butts with what looked like belts. The offence or reason for the flogging wasn’t stated.
