‘SHOCKING: MAN FOUND DEAD IN WARRI DRAINAGE

An unidentified young man was found dead inside a drainage along Ogunu Road, opposite Zenith Bank in Warri, Delta State.

Though information was still sketchy as at the time of this report, the lifeless body of the fresh and bulky looking man was discovered at about 7am Saturday February 18 by passersby.

It could not be ascertained on what could have led to the man’s death and at what time the incident happened.

It was gathered that no injury was found on his body.

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema who was alerted on the development, immediately mobilized Secretary to the Local Government Council, Hon. Bawo Alex Nanna and security officials to do the needful on the remains of the unidentified man.

As at the time of this report, the corpse has been removed and taken away by the Police for necessary action’
