FG Claims To Have Spent Borrowed Funds On Nigerians But We Didn’t Receive Anything – Adamu Garba

Garba wondered why the government keeps borrowing and saying that the monies were spent on the citizens whereas no one can prove that the government indeed disbursed money to the people.

Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant, has slammed the federal government, stating that it claims to have spent billions of naira on Nigerians in the past few years under different social intervention programmes but have nothing to show for it.

In a post on his Facebook page, Garba wondered why government keeps borrowing and saying that the monies were spent on the citizens whereas no one can prove that government indeed disbursed money to the people.

The All Progressives Congress chieftain said that its is time to ‘retire’ old politicians who are no longer trust worthy.

He wrote; ”They borrowed & borrowed, they claimed to have spent it on us, yet we can’t substantiate anything from it.
