Naval personnel and online comedian, Abdulgafar Ahmad, aka Cute Abiola, has returned to Instagram after his release, Igbere TV reports.

The comedian took to his Instagram page on Monday to share photos of his new look after serving his one month punishment.

He wrote;

It was reported that the Navy personnel was placed on one-month punishment for ridiculing the Nigeria Police Force in one of his skits.

Cute Abiola, who is a skit maker, was taken into custody on November 15. He was only released on Friday, December 3 to serve his ‘light corrective punishment’ in the cantonment.

Naval spokesperson Commodore Suleman Dahun told PUNCH on Friday that the funnyman was given a ‘one-month extra duty’ after a military trial.
