Two security officers were reportedly killed by unknown assailants at Ilisan Remo, Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State.

The guards were attached to a Total filling station around Delabo Junction, Ilisan.

Dailypost gathered that the guards were killed on Sunday night.

On Monday morning, the residents woke up to find the corpses of the victims in a pool of blood.

It was said that the assailants did not take away anything from the filling station, fueling suspicions that it might be a case of assassination.

Contacted, the Ogun Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said he was yet to be briefed on the incident.

He, however, promised to revert.
