There’s the final whistle in Portugal too – and Liverpool are going to take some chasing at Anfield to stop them making the semi-finals too.

They are on top in the Champions League quarter-finals after putting three goals past Benfica in the latter’s backyard.

Luis Diaz’s late finish caps the match and puts them firmly in the driving seat.
