Unknown Gunmen Shoot, Beat People Collecting PVCs At Imo Collection Center 

A video has surfaced showing unknown gunmen shooting and beating people in Imo state who came out to collect their permanent voters card. 

In the sad video, some of the victims were seen being shot by the unknown gunmen who said they do not want any election in the south east. 

According to the narrator, the incident happened today, 14th of April, 2022.
