The Indigenous People of Biafra has filed terror charges against Simon Ekpa for sponsoring terrorism in the South East.

IPOB Lawyers under Chika Edoziem of IPOB DOS in collaboration with overseas Igbo Federation formally filed the criminal, terror charges against Simon Ekpa Njoku over the weekend.
 
The group addressed the lawsuit to the National Prosecution Authority, Office of the Prosecutor General of Finland, a country where Ekpa is resident.
 
Meanwhile, details of the suit were not disclosed as only the front page of the document was shared.
