Arsenal could be tempted to back down from signing Victor Osimhen next summer following Napoli’s decision to increase the transfer fee of the Nigerian forward.

The Gunners are in the market for a new center-forward as they seek to replace Alexander Lacazette whose contract runs out at the end of the season.

Osimhen has been Napoli’s top scorer this season with the 23-year-old having scored 12 Serie A goals for the Partenopei.
