Frank Lampard has broken his silence after he helped Everton beat his former side, Chelsea, at Goodison Park.

Lampard apologised for inflicting pain on Chelsea fans after the Toffees’ 1-0 win, adding that it was a critical moment for his side.

Richarlison scored the only goal of the match which separated the two teams as Everton boosted their Premier League survival chances.
