Lukaku was critical of his agent’s comments that his Chelsea future was uncertain.

The Belgian has struggled to the heights he did at Inter Milan after sealing a club-record £97.5m to Chelsea last summer.

In a statement on Twitter, Lukaku dismissed comments made by Federico Pastorello.

“Never ever will I let someone else speak for me. I kept my mouth shut and focused on helping the team and end the season in the best way possible.”

“So if someone out there trying to say something about me and my club. Not in my name.”
