Serie A club, Atalanta are interested in signing Nigeria winger, Ademola Lookman on a permanent deal from RB Leipzig.

Lookman spent last season on loan at Premier League club, Leicester City but the Foxes did not take up the option of a permanent transfer.

The 24-year-old scored eight goals and recorded five assists in 41 appearances across all competitions for Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Transfer market expert, Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Atalanta are keen on luring Lookman to Italy this summer.

The former England youth international contract at RB Leipzig runs out in June 2024.

The Bundesliga club value the player around €10m.

Lookman previously spent time on loan at Fulham.
