A video has captured the moment a Nigerian man confronted some officials of the Vehicle Inspection Office VIO for breaking the law by driving without using their seatbelts.

In the video, the man could be seen coming down from his car to approach the officers as they were all stuck in traffic.

He challenged the officers, telling them that they failed to observe the same safety rules they arrest Nigerians for.

In their defense, the officials claimed they were headed for an ”operation.”
