Scarcity Of Naira Is Only Going To Help Politicians Buy Votes – Rinu

Nigerian activist, Rinu Oduala has revealed that most politicians already have new naira notes.

This is as scarcity of the new notes continue.

In a Twitter post, she revealed that the scarcity of the naira will make it easy for politicians to buy votes in the upcoming election.

She wrote:

“Unpopular Opinion: I think the scarcity of naira is only going to help politicians buy votes.

If citizens see anyone giving them money on Election Day, they are more prone to collect it.

Most of the new naira notes are already in the hands of politicians anyway.”
