Newborn Baby Found Dead In Ibadan

In what will come across as a really startling development, a yet-to-be-identified newborn baby has been reportedly found dead in Ibadan, Oyo State, The PUNCH reports.

The dead body, which was wrapped with black polythene, was reportedly dropped under the bridge at the Uncle Joe area in Mokola, Ibadan.

PUNCH Metro reliably gathered that the body might have been dropped early Wednesday before the arrival of passersby.
