Investigative journalist, David Hundeyin has reacted to the anti-Igbo sentiments in most parts of Lagos during last Saturday’s election.

Recall that Igbos were stopped from voting in some parts of the state, with some beaten and others attacked.

Reacting, Hundeyin condemned that act and wrote:

“In a strange way, I’m happy you people came out and showed your full Yoruba ethnoracialist asses on behalf of a drug lord.

If it were a more respectable politician like Osinbajo that you did all this for, there might be a way to spin it.

But there’s no way to spin Tinubu.

You’re just terrible people who deserve exactly what Nigeria has given you. That’s the simple conclusion.

NEPA, SARS, unemployment, rubbish healthcare, ASUU strikes, zero infrastructure – exactly what you deserve.

May your visa rejections pile to the ceiling and beyond.”
