A video making rounds on social media captured the moment a lady and the prime minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte took a walk side by side.

A video has emerged online showing the moment an African lady gushed with excitement as she crossed paths with the Prime minister of the Netherlands.

She met with the minister who was on foot, without bodyguards and no entourage of cars.

A video making rounds on social media captured the moment the lady and the prime minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte took a walk side by side.

The lady was over the moon as she expressed shock at the possibility of meeting the leader of a country walking the road on foot like an average individual.

She stated that she was headed to work while the minister added that he was headed to see an ophthalmologist to check his glasses.

The video has since sparked mixed reactions as many other Africans doubt the possibility of such with their politicians.
