Activist Aisha Yesufu turned 47 on December 12, IgbereTV reports.

Taking to her twitter handle to celebrate her birthday, she shared a photo of herself when she was a year old.

She wrote:

”It was my first birthday and I am sure they felt I was too big to be a year old. I didn’t come to Nigeria to settle and today at 47, no way am I settling.
Where we started and where we are!
1st and 47th Birthday”
