Any woman who is staying in her man’s house without bride price payment is a cheap commodity – Ossai Ovie

An aide to the Delta state governor, Ossai Ovie Success, is of the opinion that any woman who is cohabiting with her man when he hasn’t paid her bride price, is a ‘’cheap commodity.”

His comment has sparked up a debate online with some users asking if men who stay in women’s houses without paying her bride price are ‘cheap commodities’ as well.
