Apprentice Steals Her Boss’ 5-Month-Old Baby

A 22-year-old apprentice, Suliat Badmus, has been arrested by the police in Lagos for stealing the 5 months old child of her boss, Shukurat Opeoluwa, at 1, Adeyiga Street, Odoguyan, in Ikorodu.

According to TheNation, the suspect revealed that she stole the bag because she has been married for three years without having a child and besides, she loves having children around her.

According to her, a native doctor had told her she will never conceive and that led to her being desperate to have a child. The suspect stole the baby when she noticed a neighbour her boss left her with, was distracted.

Parading the suspect on Wednesday, Police Commissioner, Imohimi Edgal, said the case of the missing child was reported on September 27, but investigation led to the arrest of the suspect at Sabo in Ikorodu.
