Arsenal is set to welcome back their players for training for the remaining fixtures as they aim to keep the players fit for upcoming games that are scheduled to be played begind closed doors.
The Gunners players joined the other players to observe the country lockdown over the past months but the club is prepared to take some steps to ensure the players trained together as it is speculated that football could resume after the lockdown but behind closed doors in a matter of weeks as UEFA has mandated that most major leagues should be concluded.
Arsenal will ensure they comply with the strict guidelines as group drills will not be permitted but players will be allowed to use the facilities provided as long as they abide by the strict guidelines.
A club spokesperson said: “Players will be permitted access to our London Colney training grounds next week.
“Access will be limited, carefully managed and social distancing will be maintained at all times.
“All Colney buildings remain closed. Players will travel alone, do their individual workout and return home.”
It is believed that there will be a rota system in place, while all 10 pitches will be used to prevent ‘overcrowding’.
