Arsenal to play first game of 2016/2017 premier league season against Liverpool

The fixtures for the upcoming Premier League season has been announced and the surprise opening fixture sees the gunners face a tough start. Arsenal will begin the 2016-17 Premier League campaign with a clash against Liverpool followed by a trip to defending Champions Leicester.

Leicester on the other hand open their title defence against newly promoted Hull City on the opening day. The first Manchester derby of the season which will see old foes Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola lock horns comes up onSeptember 10th.
