“Aside from money, men don’t have what it takes to lead a woman in marriage” – Lady says

A lady has warned that many men today struggle to meet the evolving expectations of women in marriage.

She said, “Many men don’t have what it takes to deal with women. That’s why they don’t want the idea that a man’s only responsibility is to provide. If a man doesn’t have the spiritual capacity, the moral capacity, the emotional capacity, he cannot handle women.”

Lady says men must evolve beyond financial roles

According to her, traditional measures of male authority in the home, such as earning money or paying bills, are no longer sufficient in modern relationships.

She explained that the dynamics of marriage have changed as women become more educated and financially independent.

“Now, women are educated, women are working. They also bring things to the table. Being the head of the home is no longer by providing for the family. It’s no longer by paying rent. It’s no longer by paying your children’s school fees. You have to be a quality man,” she stated.

Equality and respect define leadership today

She also noted that expecting women to split financial responsibilities evenly does not diminish the role of a husband but highlights the importance of equality and mutual respect.

“Somebody say quality man in the comments section. You carry this title on your head: head of the family, head of the family, head of the family. Yes, you’re expecting your partner to contribute or do 50/50 with you. How do you expect her to do 50/50 and still regard you as the head and leader? You are both equals in that marriage, my dear. Yes, you are equals from money,” she explained.
