Ballon d’Or winner and Brazil legend Ronaldinho has tested positive for coronavirus.
The 40-year-old FIFA World Cup winner was set to attend an event at Belo Horizonte’s famed Minerao Stadium.
However, Ronaldinho posted a video on his social media that he would not attend the occasion after getting the test results he will now quarantine.

Ronaldinho finished his football career in 2015 at Brazilian side Fluminense having starred for Paris Saint-Germain, Barca and AC Milan in Europe before returning to his home country.
He won two La Liga titles and the Champions League with Barcelona, Serie A with AC Milan and the 2002 World Cup, Copa America, Confederations Cup with Brazil, winning 97 caps for his country between 1999 and 2013.
Ronaldinho won the Ballon d’Or in 2005 and was twice named FIFA World Player of the Year.
