The race for Barcelona and Real Madrid to sign Neymar has taken another twist as the La Liga Champions is unwilling to pay cash for the Brazilian forward.

Neymar has made it clear that he wants a return to Spain to play in the La Liga after he left Barcelona two seasons ago, but his former club is unwilling to meet his €200 million valuation placed on the former Santos star and they are keen on  offering Paris Saint-German players instead of cash a deal the Ligue outfit is not interested in.

Real Madrid is monitoring the situation but could be priced out of the move if they failed to sell off of their stars to free up cash to sign the Brazilian attacker.Los Blancos had offered a similar deal to PSG, Real Madrid threw in Luka Modric plus  €110 million for the former Barcelona winger but the deal was rejected.
