Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti is ready to reject the advances of Benfica – according to Mundo Deportivo.

The Portuguese outfit have submitted a €10 million bid for the 27-year-old, but he is determined to remain at Camp Nou and fight for his place.

Umtiti is one of several Barca stars thought to be up for sale as they seek to reduce their wage bill before the new Liga season kicks off.
