Barcelona is on the verge of signing Ligue 1 attacker Memphis Depay after Ronald Koeman requested for his signature at the Camp Nou.

Koeman worked with Depay when he was in charge of the Netherlands and he is a huge fan of the former Manchester United star.

According to Telegraaf, Memphis Depay is set to join Barcelona for around 25 million euros.
The winger has been pushing for a move to a bigger club and it seems the Lyon man will finally get his wish.

Barcelona want to carry out clearance sale and they hope to use the fund raised to finance a move for some of their targets this summer.

The deal for Lautaro Martinez looks very unlikely this summer with Real Madrid prepared to hijack the deal.
