Many residents in Kaduna state, currently facing no access to power supply, the residents started facing this issue of recharging their electricity meter the moment kaduna state electricity distribution company created a new platform/server, while migrating meters from the old to the new server made many customers unable to recharge their electricity meter.

9jaflaver news man spoke to some of the customers, who complained that the migration process is too slow, as many of them had submitted their meter number for migration to the new server, and for over 2-weeks, to no avail.
Investigations was carried out, and it pointed out that the migration of electricity meters, are done at kaduna electricity company’s head quater, which is located along ahmedu bello way, kaduna state.
The affected customers pleads with the kaduna state government to find a way to speed up the migration process, as many customers are already begining to loose their patience.
