Borussia Dortmund target Jude Bellingham is seen leaving Manchester United Carrington training complex ahead of £35m summer transfer move from Birmingham City.
The 16-year-old has taken the Championship by storm this season for the Blues, scoring four goals and creating two assists in 32 appearances in the division.
Bellingham has been linked with a £35million a move to Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, but it appears that he may now be nearing joining Manchester United in the summer.
According to Daily Mail, on Monday afternoon, his parents were seen leaving Red Devil’s Aon Training Complex with their son in the back after touring Carrington with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and head of corporate development Matt Judge – tasked with negotiating transfers – were also seen leaving the training ground.
Bellingham has already become his team’s youngest ever scorer and youngest-ever first-team appearance maker – breaking a 49-year-old record set by Trevor Francis.
Bellingham currently earns just £145 a week on a scholarship contract and has yet to sign his first professional deal, but he will be eligible to do so when he turns 17 in June, and he could be in line to earn an eye-watering £100k-a-week.
