The pre-hearing of the petition by Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, against the President-elect, Bola Tinubu has been adjourned by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal till Friday, May 19.

The tribunal, headed by Justice Haruna Tsammani, fixed the date following failure of parties to agree on documents among other reasons.

Recall that Obi and the Labour Party are challenging the presidential election they claim was marred by irregularities and fraud.
