BREAKING: Ex-finance Minister Indicates Interest To Replace Boris Johnson After He Resigned

 A former Minister of Finance has indicated interest to succeed Boris Johnson as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

This comes after Johnson resigned yesterday.

British Conservative Rishi Sunak declared his candidacy to become the party’s next leader on Friday.

“Let’s restore trust, rebuild the economy and reunite the country,” the former finance minister said, presenting a slick video about his life story to launch the campaign on social media.
