Budget Padding Scandal‪‬:

Speaker Dogara meets President Buhari in the Villa.

Says “Padding is not an offence under any law. If I don’t know, you are the media, reasearch the law and let me know.”

Dogara said he is not afraid of any scandal and that he is a lawyer and he has been in the law for sometime but has not seen anywhere that Budget Padding is an offense.
