The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, disclosed this on Friday in a statement.

Ayodeji Gbeleyi has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
 
His appointment was approved by President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday. 
 
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina in a statement titled, ‘President Buhari approves Ayo Gbeleyi as Chairman, Federal Mortgage Bank’.
 
A Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Gbeleyi is a renowned financial expert who once served as Commissioner for Finance in Lagos State as well as a player in the aviation sector.
 
He replaces Adewale Adeeyo who passed on recently.
