Last week, I reported a case of a burnt petrol tanker on the bridge linking Iju and Ajuwon, just by Grailland Estate. The fire has since burnt out but the carcass of the tanker is still lying there, half way across the road. This situation is causing a lot of traffic menace during the morning and evening peak periods. Above all, it poses serious danger to motorists, keke and okada drivers plying the route.
Motorists say it’s been a trouble navigating through the bridge because of its narrowness, how much more now that part of the road has been blocked by the burnt tanker. Please the attention of the Lagos State government agency concerned with this is needed asap. These photos were taken today..
