Caterpillar Wedged On A Truck With Stones In Abuja (See Photos)

I saw this truck plying the Airport Road, Abuja this evening. Is it safe? I don’t know such things but there is something strange about how this Caterpillar was wedged on the truck with just stones!

It passed right in front of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) who were controlling traffic at the City Gate – unchallenged
