The Champions League and the Europa League are under serious threat as UEFA is considering suspending the two tournament due to the breakout of coronavirus, according to report.

Lots of sporting events have been canceled due to the disease, in Italy, the Italian government has suspended all sport in the country until April 3.

Champions League and Europa League fixtures have already been impacted as Wednesday’s tie between Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund in France will be played behind closed doors. Barcelona’s last-16 tie against Napoli next Wednesday will also be played behind closed doors.

Wolves’ Europa League fixture against Olympiacos in Greece on Thursday evening has also been placed under the same restrictions.

UEFA is now having a thought of suspending the Champions League and Europa League if the issue persists and out of control both the tournament could be suspend.
